• The operator only needs to connect the workpiece to the fixture. After the vacuum box door is closed, the system can automatically complete the procedures of large leak detection, vacuuming, helium filling, micro leak detection, helium recovery, automatic helium clearing function of the system, etc., with fast production cycle and high leak detection accuracy.
