In-line Automatic Flame Brazing Machine For Heat Exchanger to Vietnamese customer

The In-line Automatic Flame Brazing Machine include the main body (main pedestal, preheating torches, brazing torches, coils cooling, fume hood, water cooling system), gas line part, convey part and PLC control parts. And the main function inclued: 1. Automatically ignite and extinguish fire; Automatically switch the strength of the flame; keep flame stable, avoid tempering 2. With faulty alarm and self-diagnostic functions 3. Gas concentration detection function: when the gas concentration reaches to the 50% of explosive limit, the system will automatically shut down or close the gas valve, and alarm occurs. 4. Extinguishing with nitrogen: can avoid deflagration. 5. Power-off protection: the equipment will automatically fill in nitrogen 6. Emergency button: In urgent cases, the electrical and pneumatic system can be shut-off immediately and starts extinguishing protection. This system has been successfully installed and used at the customer site.

IEC 60529 IPX1-1PX8 Test System For Degrees of Protection Against Water to Mexican customers

The IPX1-IPX8 waterproof test system consist of: 1. Diameter 600mm turntable; 2. Water supply tank (also for IPX7 immersion test) and electrical control cabinet; 3. Drip test area 1000*600mm for IPX1-2 test; 4. R400mm, R600mm, R800mm oscillating tubes for IPX3-4 test; 5. Hand-held spray nozzle for IPX3-4 test; 6. Jet nozzle for IPX5-6 test; 7. Fixed bracket for hand-held spray nozzle and jet nozzle; 8. Diameter 800mm tank for IPX8 immersion test. The testing machine is composed of vertically falling water drops tester (IPX1, IPX2), oscillating tube tester (IPX3, IPX4), spray nozzle (IPX3, IPX4), jet nozzle (IPX5, IPX6), turntable and smart water supply and control chamber (including the immersion box for IPX7 testing). We have produced this system and shipped it to our Mexican customers.

Sniffer Type Helium Leak Detection System for Air conditioner heat exchanger

The Systems manufactured by HeJin use Helium as tracing gas for detecting leaks. This test allows measuring the defined the leak position on the component/test piece. In this case the Test piece to Be Tested is connected to the helium filling joint. Then the Test piece are pressurised with helium. Tracing gas come out from test piece through leaks and is detected and measured by sniffer connected to Helium Mass Spectrometer. The system proposed has a totally automatic cycle with manual load and unload of the Test pieces. The Test Cycle can be described in the following way: Manual connect the test piece to the helium filling joint. Pressurization of test pieces with nitrogen. Pressure decay to reveal gross leaks; Pressure discharge and test pieces evacuation; Pressurization of test pieces with helium. Manual leak test with sniffer detector. Helium recovery from test pieces. Manual unload the test piece.
