Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:

The helium leak detector (suction gun detection) adopts the basic principle of suction gun method to detect helium gas, uses helium gas as the tracer gas, fills the helium gas into the product (workpiece) in the accumulation chamber, fully mixes the leaked helium gas, and then uses the suction gun of the helium mass spectrometer to detect and accurately locate the leakage position of the product.

Installation Requirements with Leak Testing Equipment:

The installation can only be performed by trained professional installers.

The installation of the equipment at the site requires the following conditions:

(1) Main Power Supply

Electrical parameters: Three-phase 5-wire 380VAC, power 5KW.

Switch: 1 air switch, with a height from the ground ≥1.5M, and a distance from the location of the main equipment ≤2M.

(2) Gas Supply

Helium: ≥1 bottle of bottled helium (40 liters, 12MPa) with 1 pressure reducing valve of 0.2MPa;

High-purity nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%), with 1 pressure reducing valve of 0.2MPa;

The distance between the gas supply interface and the location of the machine is ≤1M.

(3) Others

Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter ≥3/4″, and the distance between the interface and the location of the machine is ≤1M.
