Helium Recovery Rate ≥80% Gas Leak Detector (Piston Accumulator) with Leak Testing Equipment
Working Principle with Leak Testing Equipment:
I. Preliminary Preparation
The operator prepares the workpiece to be tested and ensures that there is a clear barcode or QR code label on it.
Check the working status of equipment such as the scanner, vacuum pump, leak detector, and helium cylinder to ensure they are functioning properly. Proceed to the next step after confirming no malfunction.
II. Scanning and Starting the Workpiece
Use the scanner to scan the barcode or QR code on the workpiece. The computer system will immediately identify and display the information of the scanned workpiece.
According to the system prompt, the operator places the workpiece into the designated fixture of the testing box, ensuring it is firmly fixed and positioned correctly.
Press the start button. The vacuum chamber automatically closes, and the system begins to execute the preset testing process.
III. Workpiece Testing and Vacuuming
After the system starts, the vacuum pump begins to evacuate the workpiece. At the same time, the pressure sensor detects the vacuum level inside the workpiece.
If the vacuum level inside the workpiece reaches the set value within the set time, it indicates that there is no significant leak in the workpiece, and the following procedures continue; otherwise, it is determined as a significant leak, and a warning signal is issued, ending the testing process.
IV. Background Noise Suppression and Helium Charging
Before the workpiece testing, the leak detector first detects the background signal inside the vacuum chamber.
If the background signal is within the set range, the system will suppress the background signal to reduce its impact on subsequent testing and ensure the accuracy of the testing.
V. Micro-leak Detection and Helium Recovery
Charge helium into the workpiece and use a booster pump to pressurize it to the set value.
During the set leak detection time, the leak detector detects the helium signal inside the vacuum chamber of the workpiece. If the detected helium signal exceeds the set micro-leak threshold, it is determined as a micro-leak, and the micro-leak indicator light turns on; otherwise, the qualified indicator light turns on, indicating that the workpiece testing is qualified.
After the leak detection, the helium recovery valve opens, and the system recovers the helium inside the workpiece into the helium recovery device. When the recovery volume reaches the set value, the valve closes.
VI. Workpiece Removal and Ending
The vacuum chamber automatically opens, and the operator removes the tested workpiece from the fixture.
The system records the testing results and prepares for the next workpiece testing. If Chambers A and B work in tandem, when one chamber completes the testing, the other chamber begins to execute the testing process.
The entire testing process is achieved through automated equipment and system control, realizing rapid and accurate testing of workpieces, improving testing efficiency and accuracy. At the same time, the tandem testing function further improves testing efficiency, making the entire production line more efficient.
