Introduction of Helium Leak Detection System for Super Large Vacuum Chamber of Air Conditioning Heat Exchanger:
According to the basic principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas to fill the workpiece in a vacuum chamber. Then, a helium leak detector can quickly and accurately determine the leakage situation of the workpiece with high accuracy.
The operator connects the workpiece interface to the quick connector in the vacuum chamber. After the vacuum chamber door is closed, the system can automatically complete large leak detection, vacuum pumping, helium filling, micro leak detection, helium recovery, fast production pace, and high leak detection accuracy.

1. Background cleaning technology
The system has a unique background cleaning technology. After each leak detection process is completed, pure nitrogen is automatically filled into the leak detection fixture to remove the helium background left in the previous leak detection cycle, without the need for empty chamber operation to clear the background.
2. Calibration techniques
Automatic calibration of the leak detector: The helium leak detector has a standard leak hole inside and an automatic calibration function, which can calibrate the sensitivity and accuracy of the leak detector at any time as needed.
Automatic calibration of the system: Our company has designed an automatic calibration program, which can be completed by the operator with one click through the human-machine interface, making regular precision calibration operations very simple. After calibration, the system can accurately determine the overall leakage rate of the workpiece. The calibration interval can be set, and the device has a calibration reminder function; Automatic correction of calibration results;
Daily inspection of the system: The standard leak simulation for daily inspection is used to simulate the workpiece to be inspected, and online verification of the system accuracy can fully ensure the stability of the system accuracy and the reliability of operation.
3. Specially designed sealing fixture
Two seals are used between the fixture and the workpiece, and the sealing space formed between the two seals is connected to the vacuum pump through an evacuation pipeline. When there is a gas leak in the first seal, the leaked gas will reach the gap between the two sealing rings and be pumped away by a vacuum pump through a vacuum pipeline, effectively preventing helium from leaking from the sealing ring and ensuring that the helium detected during the leak detection process is helium escaping from the possible leak point of the workpiece.
4. Convenience of system operation
The system adopts process automation technology, combining process equipment with electrical automatic control technology. The entire workpiece detection process is automatically controlled by PLC and touch screen, without the need for operators to judge the results of each process. The PLC program automatically judges the results of the previous step and completes the execution of the next step based on preset conditions. It not only saves physical labor, but also replaces human judgment and execution, Free people from complex mental labor.
5. System quality assurance for products
Due to the automatic completion of the entire product testing process engineering by the system, there is no need for operator judgment and execution, avoiding the impact of human factors on the testing results, and ensuring the consistency, objectivity, stability, and repeatability of the operation.
