8 Station Rotary Automatic Flame Brazing Machine with 45s/pc Production Cycle

Product information:

A flame is a heat source, the purpose of the flame is to raise the temperature of the material it touches to a sufficiently high enough temperature to enable a process to be carried out, what is the process? And what type of flame is required?

One such process is Flame Brazing (often referred to as Torch Brazing).

Multi Station, rotary indexing machines allow the operator to load and unload parts from a single position. Parts are indexed to paste application stations, pre-heat stations and brazing stations followed by air and water cool down stations prior to unloading. Multiple stations allow for higher throughput, production rates.
