High-purity Nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve.

Compressed Air: Clean compressed air with a pressure ≥0.55MPa and a 1/2″ ball valve. The gas source interfaces should be ≤1M from the machine placement position.

Others: An outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter ≥3/4″ is required, and its interface should be ≤1M from the machine placement position.
