Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:
According to the basic principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas to fill the workpiece in a vacuum chamber. Then, a helium leak detector is used to detect the helium signal in the vacuum chamber, thereby quickly and accurately determining the overall leakage situation of the workpiece with high precision.
The operator needs to push the workpiece into the vacuum chamber, connect the quick-connect coupling inside the vacuum chamber to the workpiece interface, press the close chamber button, and the system can automatically complete the entire process of gross leak detection, evacuation, micro-leak detection, helium recovery, and so on.
Product Feature with Leak Testing Equipment:
1.Background Cleaning Technology
The system features a unique background cleaning technology. After each inspection cycle, the vacuum chamber and associated piping undergo thorough cleaning to ensure stability of the helium background signal before commencing the next inspection.
2.Calibration Technology
Automatic calibration of the system: We have devised an automatic calibration procedure that greatly facilitates regular and precise calibration. This calibration system precisely determines the overall leak rate of the workpiece.
Routine inspection of the system: A standard leak hole (designated for daily inspections) simulates the workpiece being tested, enabling online calibration of system accuracy, thus fully guaranteeing the stability and reliability of the system's precision.
3.User-Friendly Operation
This system integrates process automation technology with electrical automatic control, enabling the entire workpiece inspection process to be automatically controlled by PLC and a touchscreen interface. Operators are only required to load and unload workpieces, with no need for manual judgment. The PLC program automatically evaluates the outcome of each step and proceeds to the next based on preset conditions, thereby eliminating the need for human intervention and freeing operators from complex mental tasks.
4.Quality Assurance
As the entire inspection process is automated, eliminating the need for human judgment and execution, it mitigates the influence of human factors on inspection results, thus ensuring consistency, objectivity, stability, and repeatability in operations.
The system is equipped with a 1.0×10^-6 mbar·l/s standard leak hole. Relevant certificates are issued by the National Institute of Metrology, China, making the accuracy and stability of the equipment traceable to the national standard, thus ensuring third-party recognition of the system's leak detection capabilities.
