Dynamic Mixing Vacuum Casting Equipment
Product Overview:
It is primarily used for the production of 35kV and below epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, transformers, reactors, and high-voltage switch insulators. It can also be applied to the vacuum casting molding of power and electronic components that require epoxy resin encapsulation.
Working Principle:
Utilizing various working units, it processes casting materials under air-isolated conditions to dehydrate and degas them, and then heats them to a certain temperature. The materials are then mixed uniformly in accordance with the required ratio. The processed materials are poured into the coil mold in a complete vacuum state.
Product Features:
The epoxy casting equipment produced by our company features a concise structure, easy operation, and convenient maintenance. Drawing on German technology and standards, we have designed and developed a series of products suitable for domestic manufacturers. It can meet various process requirements, including with and without fillers. The universal unit design can be flexibly combined and can meet future equipment upgrade needs.
Our company also produces epoxy automatic encapsulation equipment for small electronic components, which has a high level of automation, a dosage error of less than 5%, and accurate mold positioning. The pouring section is equipped with 1-5 pouring heads, allowing for synchronized pouring and achieving continuous production in a flow-line manner.
Equipment Composition:
Vacuum Casting Tank: It is divided into circular and rectangular shapes based on usage. Depending on the process, there are vacuum-pressure and pure vacuum types, with manual or automatic pouring methods.
Material Processing System: It adopts an improved membrane degassing and stirring technology to better and more easily remove moisture and air from the materials. All tank interfaces are standardized, allowing for interchangeability and convenient future equipment upgrades.
Material Mixing and Metering System: It is divided into static mixing and dynamic mixing based on the level of automation.
Vacuum System: It mainly consists of vacuum pump sets, vacuum filters, vacuum valves, pipelines, etc.
Heating System: The casting tank currently uses electric heating plates for direct heating. The mixing tank uses indirect heating with heat transfer oil, and the material transfer pipeline utilizes a constant-temperature electric tracing system for heat preservation.
Pneumatic System: It consists of a compressed air source, control valves, pressure detection systems, etc., used for controlling various vacuum and material valves.
Cooling Water System: It is primarily used for cooling some vacuum pumps and condensers. Currently, our company has developed casting equipment that does not require cooling water.
Control System: It is used for controlling the operation of the entire system. Simple systems without material metering are directly controlled by relays. Systems with metering or static mixing are programmatically controlled by PLC-PC. It controls vacuum levels, temperature adjustments, and the pouring process according to process requirements, and realizes linkage protection and interlocking of various actions to prevent human misoperation. Detailed records of all operation processes are kept for future reference. Different operation permissions can be set to ensure the safety of equipment and products.
Other Parts: It can be equipped with a silica fume processing unit based on customer requirements, including silica fume transportation and preliminary heating and drying, as well as pre-mixing and pre-degassing with resin or curing agent. It also includes formula metering of silica fume, resin, curing agent, and toughening agent, as well as an emergency cooling device for static mixers.
