Introduction of Helium Detection System for Automotive Relays:

This system can complete the scanning of car relays, helium leak detection, result judgment, data recording and uploading.

The workflow includes installing the workpiece, vacuuming the vacuum chamber, filling the workpiece with helium, detecting fine leakage of the workpiece, filling the vacuum chamber with helium, and manually unloading the workpiece.

 

Feature of Helium Detection System for Automotive Relays:

1. Background cleaning technology: HJ has a patented helium background noise cleaning technology that can effectively eliminate the helium background noise in the vacuum chamber system. Provide a clean and stable benchmark background indicator environment for the system, avoid exceeding the helium background noise level of the system and affecting the stability of system operation, and improve the operational efficiency of the system.
